曾潔純 Zeng Jiechun

Zeng Jiechun, born in 1984 in Puning, Guangdong, is a notable contemporary artist. She is currently a member of the Shenzhen branch of the Jieyang Artists Association, a member of Plein Air China Association, and a strategic cooperative artist with Lifang Art in the Greater Bay Area. Her works have been selected for the China Shenzhen Ke+ Creative Art Exhibition and Lifang Art Fair, gaining broad recognition.
Zeng Jiechun's creations are filled with innocence and dreamlike qualities. She believes that "maintaining innocence is not about rejecting growth; art originates from life, and creativity is everywhere." Each of her paintings is like a narrative fairytale, using bright, rich colors to outline lively little animals. The Chinese lotus patterns on these animals seem to tell mysterious tales, guiding the viewer into a fantastical world. Her works not only express a passionate appreciation for a beautiful life but also serve as a gateway to a whimsical world, awakening a longing for innocence and imagination.
In her artwork, Zeng Jiechun combines printmaking with hand-embroidered appliqué, creating a unique sense of three-dimensionality. The little rabbits holding ice cream and lollipops are especially adorable, with the embroidery adding a special texture and warmth to the painting. Furthermore, her creative philosophy integrates elements of intangible cultural heritage, such as paper-cutting appliqué, making her work both vibrant with modern artistic energy and rich in cultural tradition.
